Mr. Parrish replied <br /> on an annual basis code changes were voted on and an updated document would come <br /> out on average evcry two years, <br /> Commissioner Ricke moved, seconded by Commissioner Zimmemlan, to extend the <br /> meeting past IO:OO p.m. <br /> The motion carried unanimously (7-0). <br />.
