WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 8, 2003 7:00 P.M. - ARDEN HILLS CITY HALL CALL TO ORDER Chair Sand called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS Council Member Larson administered the Oath of Office to thc Planning Commission. ROLL CALL Present were Commissioners Ken Bezdicek, Clayton Larson, Elizabeth Modesette, Megan Ricke, Cathy Smithknecht, Clayton Zimmerman, and Chair David Sand. Absent: None. Also present wcrc Council Member Gregg Larson (to administer thc Oath of Office), Director of Community Services Aaron Parrish, City Planner Peter Hellegers, and . Recording Secretary Kathleen Altman. APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING HELD ON DECEMBER 4, 2002. Commissioner Zimmerman requested thc following changes: Page 3, 4th paragraph, first sentence change needed to need. Page 3, 5th paragraph, last sentence the word has between this and proven. Page 3, motion at bottom of page, under Condition 2, add the word permit after the second installation. Page 6, second paragraph from the bottom of thc page, first sentence add the word for bctween variance and a. Page 6, second paragraph from the bottom of the page, second sentence add the word ~ between was and different. Page 7, first motion, last sentence should read: The motion carried (4-1) (Commissioner Ricke). Page 9, 5th paragraph, last sentence add the word to between Postal Service and work. Page 9, last sentence on the page should read: The motion carried (4-0-1) (Commissioner Ricke abstained). Commissioner Ricke requested the following change: First page, second paragraph under Planning Case #02-32, first sentcnce, change the word until to unit. Commissioner Zimmerman moved, seconded by Commissioner Ricke to approve the December 4,2002 minutes as amended. The motion carried unanimously (7-0). PUBLIC HEARINGS .
