COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> SPECIAL USE PERMIT CASE NO. - <br /> The undersigned, Administrator for the City of Arden Hills therein ("City") certifies as follows: <br /> L That an application for a Special Use Permit was submitted by AT&T Wireless, (herein <br /> "Permitees") requesting that the City issue a Special Use Permit which will allow the <br /> Permittee to install, operate and replace receiving antennas on the roof ofthe municipal <br /> water tower located at 4251 Femwood Avenue in strict conformance with plans, <br /> specification, narrative and pictorial descriptions, sketches, transparencies, planning <br /> reports and other documentation submitted to and filed with the City in connection with <br /> the above referenced Planning Case. The parcel is located at 4251 Fernwood A venue on <br /> the following described read property situated in Ramsey County, Minnesota, to-wit: <br /> W 190 ft. ofN 150 ft ofS 162 ft ofE Y2 ofSE y,. (subj. to Rd.) <br /> in Section 22, Township 30, range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br /> 2_ That such application complied with tile City's zoning regulations; <br /> 3_ That the application was reviewed and a public hearing was held by the City's Planning <br /> . Commission on the 2003; and, <br /> 4. That the application, supporting data, and Planning Commission's recommendations <br /> were reviewed by the City Council on the 2003, at which time the City <br /> Council granted the Special Use Permit which allows the Permittee, its successors and <br /> assigns, to install, operate and replace receiving antennas subject to the following <br /> conditions: <br /> 4.1 No additional screening required by the Zoning Ordinance is necessary. <br /> 4.2 The antennas and all mounts shall be painted to match the color of the <br /> tower. <br /> 4.3 No welding shall be done on the water tower tank shell. <br /> 4.4 The antennas shall not exceed 12' in height. <br /> 4.5 A lease agreement shall be maintained with the City of Arden Hills which <br /> details rent payments and other specific requirements of the City. If at any <br /> time, the lease shall be terminated or expire, the SUP shall be reviewed <br /> and the City may impose other restrictions or conditions as warranted <br /> including revocation of permit. <br /> ~ <br />
