<br />I <br />,. <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />city Council of the City of Arden Rills <br />Ramsey Coun'cy, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />. of the city Council of the city of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was <br />dul.y held at the City Ball in said City on Monday, the 27th day <br />of September, 1976, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Crepeau and <br />Councilmen Woodburn and Wingert1 and the following were absent: <br />Councilmen Crichton. Councilman Feyereisen resigned on August <br />9, 1976 and no replacement has been named. <br />Councilman Woodburn introduced and moved the adoption of <br /> <br />the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 76-53 <br /> <br />RESOLUTIOli APPROVING PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIOnS AND ORDERING <br />ADVERTISEME1~:r FOR BIDS ON <br />LITTLE CROW ADDITION IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution passed by the City Council <br />on September 13, 1976, the City consulting Engineers have <br />, prepared planlJ and specifications for Little Crow Addition <br />Improvement and h~ve presented such plans and specifications <br />to the Council for approval. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE I'l' RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />BILLS, MIl~mSOTA: <br /> <br />1. such plans and specifications, copies of which are <br />attached hereto, and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk Administrator shall prepare and cause <br />to be inserted in the New Brighton Bulletin, the official paper, <br />and in the Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids <br />
