<br />.' \ <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of the City Council <br />city of Arden Bills <br />County of Ramsey <br />state of Minnesota <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, was duly held in the city Ball at 1450 West Bighway <br /> <br />96, st. paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the 27th day of SeDtember , <br />1976, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Crepeau, Wingert, Woodburn <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Criehton <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />Win Qe rt <br /> <br />introduced the following <br /> <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 76-50 <br />RESOLUTION RELATnlG TO APPORTIONMENT OF <br />ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO <br />RED FOX ROAD IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the city Council of the City of Arden <br /> <br />Bills, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Red Fox Road Improvement <br /> <br /> <br />as last finally adopted on september 28, 1970, was filed and <br /> <br /> <br />certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on November <br /> <br /> <br />6, 1970, for the purpose of including installments thereof <br /> <br /> <br />to be collected along with real estate taxes commencing in <br /> <br />1971; and <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property <br /> <br /> <br />contained within said assessment roll have been divided and <br /> <br />conveyed by previous property owners; and <br />
