The Mayor and Clerk Adminis-;:rator are hereby authorized <br />and directed to enter into a contract with <br /> <br />H.W. Houle Co., Inc. <br /> <br />for $ 155.173.30 <br /> <br />in the name of the city of Arden Hills for the above improve- <br />ment according to the plans and specifications thereof here- <br />tofore 2'.pproved by the city ~Cluncil and 011 file in the office <br />of the City Clerk Adr!!.inistrator. <br />2.
