<br />.. <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of the city Council <br />city of Arden Hills <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />. of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey county, <br />Minnesota, was duly held in the city Ball at 1450 West Bighway 96, <br /> <br />st. paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the 23rdday of ',Auaust . 1976, <br />7: 30 <br />at aXil o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Crepeau, <br />Counci Imen Crichton, Wingert, Woodburn <br />and the following were absent: none. <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />Wlpaert <br /> <br />introduced the following reso- <br /> <br />lution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1.2.::.1.4 <br />APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING <br />TO CONSOLIDATED WATER <br />IMPROVEMENTS NOS. 68-2 AND 68-3 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City council of the city of Arden Hills, <br /> <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for consolidated water Improve- <br />ments Nos. 68-2 and 68-3 as adopted September 28, 1970, was filed <br />and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County, on october <br />28, 1970, for the purpose of including installments thereof to be <br />collected along with real estate taxes canmencing in 1971r and <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments and reassess- <br />ments in respect to Consolidated water Improvements NoS. 68-2 and <br />68-3 was held on November 9, 1970, and on November 10, 1970, <br />assessments for Consolidated water Improvements NOS. 68-2 and <br />68-3 were amended as provided by said resolution of said date, to <br />be certified and filed in the office of the county Auditor of <br />Ramsey County, on December 10, 1970r and <br />
