<br />WHEREAS, it appea~s that <br /> <br />B-Tu-Mlx Company <br /> <br />of 7280 Dickman Trail E.. Inver Grove Heights, <br />Minnesota <br />is the lowest responsible bidder at the tabulated price of <br /> <br />$ 11.643.60 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />city of Arden Hills, Minnesota: <br />1. The Mayor and Clerk Administrator are hereby autho~ized <br />and directed to enter into a contract with <br /> <br />B-Tu-Mlx Comoanv <br /> <br />for $ 11,643.60 <br /> <br />in the name of the City of Arden Hills for the above tmprove- <br /> <br />ment according to the plans end specifications thereof hereto- <br /> <br />fore approved by the City Council and on file in the office of <br />the city Clerk Administrator. <br />2. The City Clerk Administrator is hereby authorized and <br />directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made <br /> <br />with their bids except the daposits of the successful bidder <br /> <br />and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until contracts <br /> <br />have been signed. <br />The motion was seconded by Councilman <br /> <br />Woodb u rn <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />upon vote being taken thereon. the following voted in favor <br /> <br />thereof: Crepeau, Crichton, Wingert, Woodburn <br />and ths following voted against: none <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />11ttzd. . <br /> <br />~?lPPILL <br />~~~ <br /> <br /> <br />. <br />
