<br />'.. <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of the City Council <br />of the City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Hinnesota <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br /> <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Hinnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said City on <br />Monday, the 19th day of July, 1976, at 7:30 o'clock p.m, <br /> <br />The fOllowing members were present: Mayor Crepeau and <br /> <br />Councilmen Crichton, t1ingert, Feyereisen and Woodburn <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br /> <br />Councilman Wingert introduced and moved the adoption <br /> <br /> <br />of the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No, 76-36 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON UlPROVEr.1ENT NO, 76-1 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the <br />City of Arden Hills generally north and east of Karth Lake <br />to the city limits by the installation of sanitary sewer <br />and watermain for those portions of the area not now pre- <br />sently sewered or watered, and to assess the benefited pro- <br />perty for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement <br /> <br />pursuant to !linnesota Statutes Sees. 429.011 to 429.111 <br />(Minn.
