<br />... <br /> <br />., <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, <br />was duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the <br />26th day of July, 1976, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: I4ayor Crepeau and <br />Councilmen Crichton, Noodburn, ~lingert and Feyereisen and <br />the following were absent: None <br />Councilman Feyereisen introduced and moved the adoption <br />of the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 76-35 <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARl\TION OF REPORT ON <br />LITTLE CROW ADDITION I~~ROVEl,mNT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement <br /> <br />in the City of Arden Hills, on Indian Place south of County <br />Road E by the installation of sanitary sewer, watermain, <br />and street, filed with the Council on 9-Y- ",f'~. /7' 7~ , <br />is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage <br />of owners of property affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes, Sec. 429.035. <br /> <br />. <br />
