<br />I <br />i <br />, <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />< <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 76-33 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR HEARING ON THE PROPOSED <br />ASSESSMENT FOR INDIAN OAKS 2 ADDITION IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota, that the proposed assessment roll for Indian Oaks 2 <br />Addition Improvement now on file and open to public inspection in <br />the office of the City Clerk Administrator, is approved, and the <br />Clerk Administrator is directed to publish and mail notice that <br />the Council will meet to consider the proposed assessment on <br />August 23 , 1976, at the City Hall in the City of Arden <br />Hills, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The notice shall state the date, <br />time and place of the meeting, the general nature of said improve- <br />ment, the area proposed to be assessed, that the proposed assess- <br />ment roll is on file with the Clerk Administrator, and that <br />written or oral objections thereto by any property owner will be <br />considered. It shall be published in the official newspaper of <br />the City at least once, and shall be mailed to the owner of each <br />parcel described in the assessment roll, not less than two weeks <br />prior to the date of said meeting. For the purpose of such <br />mailed notice, owners of said parcels shall be those shown as <br />such on the records of the County Treasurer. Every property owner <br />whose name does not appear on such records (other than owners of <br />property which is tax exempt or is taxed on a gross earnings <br />basis) shall be deemed to have waived such mailed notice unless <br />he has requested in writing that the County Treasurer include <br />his name on the records for this purpose. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilman Crt chton <br /> <br />and upon vote being <br /> <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Crepeau, <br />Crichton, Wingert, Woodburn; Feyerelsen abstained; <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />ace~:.y , <br />.' 2 <br />at~~2&?t>> ~~,~ <br />Ut;:-t.h~11.U!.i..d~.v <br /> <br />
