Such plans and specifications, copies of which are <br />attached hereto, and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City clerk Administrator shall prepare and cause <br />to be inserted in the New Brighton Bulletin, the official paper, <br />and in the Construction BUlletin, an advertisement for bids <br />upon the making of such approved plans and specifications. The <br />advertisement for a portion of Improvement P-SS-W-ST-75_l <br />(County Road F) shall be published as required by law, shall <br />specify the work to be done, shall call for bids upon the basis <br />of a cash payment for such work, shall state that the bids will <br />be opened and considered by the City Clerk Administrator and <br />City Consulting Engineer at 2:00 o'clock p.m. on August 20, 1976, <br />in the City Hall, that no bids will be considered unless sealed <br />and filed with the Clerk Administrator and accompanied by a <br />cash deposit, certified check or bid bond payable to the Clerk <br />Administrator for ten percent (10%) of the amount of such bid. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilman Woodburn and, upon vote being taken <br /> <br />thereon, the following voted ill favor: All <br /> <br />and the following against: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />~" <br /> <br /> <br />
