<br />.' <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN <br /> <br />BILLS. MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are <br />attached hereto, and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk Administrator shall prepare and cause <br />to be inserted in the New Brighton Bulletin, the official paper, <br />and in the Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon <br />the making of such approved plans and specifications. The <br />advertisement for a portion of Improvement P-SS-W-ST-75-l <br />(Hamline Avenue) shall be published as required by law, shall <br />specify the work to be done, shall call for bids upon the basis <br />of a cash payment for such work, shall state that the bids will <br />be opened and considered by the City Clerk Administrator and <br />City Consulting Engineer at 2:00 o'clock p.m. on August 13, 1976, <br />in the City Ball, that no bids will be considered unless sealed <br />and filed with the Clerk Administrator and accompanied by a cash <br />deposit, certified check or bid bond payable to the Clerk <br />Administrator for ten percent (10%) of the amount of such bid. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilman Feyereisen and, upon vote being taken <br /> <br />thereon the following voted in favor: All <br /> <br />and the following against: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />d'ztu/ " <br /> <br /> <br />~~ <br />
