<br />\ <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO, 76-30 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO PARKING RESTRICTiONS <br />ON COUNTY ROAD F {SAP 187-101-011 FROM <br />HAMLINE AVENUE TO LEXINGTON AVENUE (CSAH 51) <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills has planned the <br /> <br />improvement of County Road F to Lexington Avenue, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hi I Is wi I I be expending <br /> <br />Municipal State Aid Funds on the improvement of said <br /> <br />Street, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said Improvement does not conform to the <br /> <br />approved minimum standards as previously adopted for such <br /> <br />Municipal State Aid Streets and that approval of the <br /> <br />proposed construction as a Municipal State Aid Street <br /> <br />project must tnerefore be conditioned upon certain parking <br /> <br />restrictions, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the extent of these restrictions that would <br /> <br />be a necessary prerequisite to the approval of this <br /> <br />construction as a Municipal State Aid project in the City <br /> <br />of I\rden Hi lis has been determined, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the City <br /> <br />of Arden Hi lis shall restrict al I parking of motor vehicles <br /> <br />on this section of roadway at al I times, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Passed by the Arden Hills City Coune!
