<br />. <br /> <br />. <br />. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 76-27 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ABATING BALANCE OF <br />SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS AGAINST <br />PROPERTY ACQUIRED FROM JOSEPH <br />BUSSARD AND GLADYCE E. BUSSARD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, by Warranty Deed dated February 12, 1976 <br />the City of Arden Hills acqul red from Joseph Bussard and <br />Gladyce E. Bussard, husband and wife, for sanitary sewer <br />lift station purposes the parcel of land described for tax <br />purposes as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br />N 150 FT OF S 597.5 FT OF E 100 FT W <br />OF WL OF ANOKA CUTOFF OF NE 1/4 OF <br />SE 1/4 OF SEC 21, TWN 30, RANGE 23, <br />TRACT 2, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey County Department of Property <br />Taxation has noted the conveyance of the above-described <br />parcel of land on its records as Division No. 50808, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said parcel of land is subject to special <br />assessments heretofore placed thereon by the City of Arden <br />Hills In connection with the construction of Consolidated <br />Sanitary Sewer Improvements Nos. 12 and 13 (Auditor's No. <br />840/D.P. No. 63>, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Arden Hi lis City Counci I by Resolution <br />No. 76-26, passed on May 10, 1976, a certified copy of which <br />wi II be fl led In the office of the Ramsey County Department <br />of Property Taxation, has apportioned the original special <br />assessment for Consolidated Sanitary Sewer Improvements Nos. <br />12 and 13 between the tract of land retained by Joseph Bussard <br />and Gladyce E. Bussard, husband and wife, and the aforedescrlbed <br />parcel of land conveyed to the City of Arden Hills, the amount <br />thereof apportioned to the aforedescribed parcel of land being <br />$1,500.00, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Arden Hills City Councl I Is desirous <br />of abating the balance thereof, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City <br />Council of the City of Arden Hills that the balance of said <br />special assessment In the sum of $1,050.00 is hereby In all <br />things abated, annul led and canceled. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk-Administrator <br />of the City of Arden HI I Is be and she hereby Is authorized to <br />cause a certified copy of this Resolution to be fl led with the <br />Ramsey County Department of Property Taxation for the purpose <br />of showing the foregoing cancellation and abatement on Its <br />records. <br /> <br />Passed by the Arden HI lis City Councl I this 10th <br />day of May, 1976. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~!fMjJ~/ <br /> <br />Charlotte McNiesh - <br />Clerk Administrator <br /> <br />
