<br />, <br /> <br />. <br />. <br /> <br />of Ramsey County, on October 28, 1970 for the purpose of <br />including installments thereof to be collected along with <br />real estate taxes commencing in 1971: and <br />WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments and re- <br />assessments in respect to Consolidated Sanitary sewer <br />Improvements Nos. 12 and 13 was held on November 30, 1970, <br />at which time assessments for Consolidated Sanitary sewer <br />Improvements Nos. 12 and 13 were amended as provided by <br />said resolution of said date, to be certified and filed <br />in the office of the County Auditor of Ramsey county, on <br />December 30, 1970: and <br />WHEREAS, since November 30, 1970, a number of parcels <br />of property contained within said assessment roll as amended <br />have been divided and conveyed by a previous property <br />owner: and <br />WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires <br />that apportionment of the original assessment against each <br />original tract where it has later been divided, sold or <br />conveyed, be made by the City Council of the City of Arden <br />HillS, in order that the proper assessment can be extended <br />by the county Auditor against each parcel of property there- <br />after, commencing with an assessment to be collected in the <br />year 1971 and thereafter. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />2 <br />
