<br />r <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />on November 8, 1961, for the purpose of including installments <br />thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes OO1llIIlencing <br />in 1962; and <br />WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments, reassess- <br />ments and apportionment of previous assessments in respect to <br />Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 2 was held on July 16, 1962, at <br />which time assessments for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 2 were <br />amended as provided by said resolution of said date and certified <br />and filed in the office of the County Auditor of Ramsey County, <br />on October 3, 1962; and <br />WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property <br />contained within said assessment roll as amended have been divided <br />and conveyed by previous propertr' owners; and <br />WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that <br />apportionment of the original assessment against each original <br />tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made <br />by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, in order that <br />the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor <br />against each parcel of property thereafter, commencing with an <br />assessment to be collected in the year 1963 and thereafter. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />does hereby make the following apportionment of original assess- <br />
