<br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAIVlSEY <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOJUTION NO. 76-5 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 76-3 <br />TO DELETE REFERENCES TO ACTING TREASURER <br />IN THIRD PARAGRAPH THEREOF <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Counci I of the City of Arden Hi 115, at a <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />meeting duly called and held on January 12, 1976, abolished <br /> <br />the office of Acting Treasurer, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the references to Acting Treasurer and the <br /> <br />officer appointed as such in paragraph 3, item number I, of <br /> <br />Resolution No. 76-3 should therefore be stricken, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that paragraph 3, <br /> <br />item number <br /> <br />of Resolution No. 76-3 Is hereby amended to read <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />RESOLVED, that <br />I. Anyone of the following persons: <br /> <br />Name <br /> <br />Title <br /> <br />Dona I dR.
