ONS <br /> <br />-- <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The First National Sank of St. Paul Is. a deposi- <br />tory In which funds of the City of Arden Hills may be deposited, <br />and a corporate resolution with respect thereto Is presently in <br />effect authorizing the deposit,and withdrawal of funds; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hi 115 desires to add to and <br />supplement said corporate resolution with the following resolu- <br />tion: <br /> <br />RESOLVEO, <br /> <br />I.
