<br />STATE OF MiNNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF FAj\lSEY <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HIllS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 76-1 <br />- - <br /> <br />DESIGNATION OF DEPOSITORIES AND <br />CORPORATE AUTHORIZATION RESOLU- <br />TION <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />THIS IS TO CERTIFY: <br />of Arden Hi I Is duly cal led <br />resolution was adoptee: <br /> <br />That at a meeting of the City Counci I <br />and held January 2, 1976, the following <br /> <br />RESOLVED, that the Fi~st National Bank of St. Paul and The <br />Rosevi lie State Bank shall be the official depositories for all funds <br />of the City of Ardan Hi lis for the calendar year 1976; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Treasurer shall, from <br />time to time, ascertain that adequate security, as required by the <br />laws of the St~te of Minnesota, is furnished by such depositories to <br />protect the City's deposited funds against financial loss; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that checks of this corporation drawn <br />on the First National Bank of St. Paul and The Rosevl I Ie State Bank, <br />hereinafter called the Bank, shall be signed by i-hree of the follow- <br />ing officers: <br /> <br />Henry J. Crepeau, Jr. <br />~1ayo r <br /> <br />or Charles F. Crichton <br />Acting Mayor <br /> <br />Charlotte McNiesh <br />Clerk Administrator <br /> <br />or _Dol:..othy J. Crichton <br />Acti og Ti-easurer <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk Administrator, Charlotte <br />McNiesh, is authorized to use a signature stamp at such times that <br />it becomes legal and/or necessary for Henry J. Crepeau, Jr., Mayor. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the said Bank is hereby authorized <br />and directed to honor and pay any checks so drawn as above set forth, <br />whether or not such chacks be payahle to the order of one of the fore- <br />going persons either in his individual Of' oHicial capacity or deposited <br />to his individual credit, and whether or not such signatures are fol- <br />lowed by the title or gffice of the person signing. <br /> <br />iN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto affixed my name as Clerk <br />Administrator and have caused tha corporate seal of said corporation <br />to be hereto affiXed t~is 2nd day of January, 1976. <br /> <br />SEAL <br /> <br />. <br /> <br /> <br />I, Henry J.
