<br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />CITY OF AP~EN HILLS <br /> <br />... <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1~-.2-o <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING 1976 FIRE PROTECTION SERVICE <br />ACREEHENT AND ~.UTHORIZING EXECUTION THEREOF <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Lake .Job,mna Volunteer Fire Department, Inc 0 haa in <br />the past provided volunteer Iixe protecdoil services for the CUy of Arden <br />HUh: and has the capability to continue the performance of such services <br />in the future, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the present Agreement between Lake Johanna Volunteer <br />Fire Department, Inc. <lnd th,. City of AIden Hills expires at 12:00 o'clock <br />midnight on December 31, 1915, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Johanna Volunteer Fire Department, Inc. has <br />submitted to the Council of the City of Arden Hills, for its approval, a <br />Fire Protection Serol1ce Agreement for the calendar year. of 1976, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Johanna Volunteer Fi,re Department. Inc. has <br />indicated its willingness to comply with the following: <br /> <br />1. Submit quarterly expense statements to the Cities <br />2. Submit future plans for building expansion for approval by <br />Cities prior to expenditures <br />3. Submit annual statement of Firemen's Benefit Association Fund <br />4. Placement of equipment expansion, "eplacement Imd depreciation <br />monies in a separate fund, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Council of the City <br />of Arden Hills that the Fire Protection Ser/tee Agreement by and between the <br />the City of Arden Hills and the Lake Johanna Volunteer Fire Department, Inc., <br />dated and to be effective as of the 1st day of January, 1976, be and it hereby <br />is approved in all respects, and the V~yor and Clerk Ad~inistrator be and they <br />hereby are authorized end directed to execute the same on behalf of the City <br />'of Arden Hills. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk Administrator be and she <br />hereby is authorized and directed to forward a certified copy of this <br />Resolution to the Lake Johanna Volunteer Fire Department.
