Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the 22nd day of December, <br />7: 30 <br />1975, at Q~QQ o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Crepeau, Crichton, <br /> <br />Feyereisen, Wingert, Woodburn <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman Feyereisen introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 75-49 <br />APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING <br />TO CONSOLIDATED WATER <br />IMPROVEMENT NOS. 68-2 AND 68-3 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the city Council of the city of Arden <br /> <br />Hills, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for consolidated water Improve- <br /> <br />ment Nos. 68-2 and 68-3 as adopted September 28, 1970, was <br /> <br /> <br />filed and certified to the county Auditor of Ramsey County, on <br /> <br /> <br />october 28, 1970, for the purpose of including installments <br /> <br />thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes commencing <br /> <br />in 1971: and <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments and re- <br />assessments in respect to Consolidated water Improvement Nos. <br /> <br />68-2 and 68-3 was held on November 9, 1970, and on November 10, <br />
