<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 75-43 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of Ramsey <br />County by resolution dated October 10, 1975, classified as <br />nonconservation land, certain land lying within the limits of <br />the City of Arden Hi lis; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, A certified copy of the classification resolu- <br />tion together with a list of the land classified has been sub- <br />mitted for approval of the classification and sale of the land <br />classified in accordance with MSA, Section 282.01, sub.
