<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of the City Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the city Council of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 1450 West Highway <br />96, st. paul, Minnesota, on Monday the 11th day of Aug., 1975, <br />at 8:00 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Crepeau, Wingert, Woodburn <br /> <br />and the fOllowing were absent: Crlehton, Feyereisen <br /> <br />Councilman Woodburn <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 75-35 <br />RESOLUTION REIATING TO APPORTIONMENT, <br />OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO SANITARY <br />SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 14 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden <br /> <br />Hills, Minnesota, as follows: <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement <br />No. 14, as last finally adopted on September 28, 1970, was <br />filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on <br />November 6, 1970, for the purpose of inCluding installments <br />thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes commencing <br />in 1971: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property <br />contained within said assessment roll have been divided and <br /> <br />conveyed by previous property owners; and <br />
