<br />_.( <br /> <br />. <br />.' <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />in the City of Arden Hills, at 7:00 o'clock p.m. The notice <br />shall state the date, time and place of the meeting, the general <br />nature of said improvement, the area proposed to be assessed, <br />that the amount of $1,311.30 in connection with Consolidated <br />Sanitary Sewer Improvements Nos. 12 and 13 will be assessed <br />as a part of this proposed assessment, that the proposed <br />assessment roll is on file with the Clerk Administrator, and <br />that written or oral objections thereto by any property owner <br />will be considered. It shall be published in the official <br />newspaper of the City at least once, and shall be mailed to the <br />owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll, not less <br />than two weeks prior to the date of said meeting. For the <br />puzpose of such mailed notice, owners of said parcels shall be <br />those shown as such on the records of the County Treasurer. <br />Every property owner whose name does not appear on such <br />records (other than owners of property which is tax exempt or <br />is taxed on a gross earnings basis) shall be deemed to have <br />waived such mailed notice unless he has requested in writing <br />that the County Treasurer include his name on the records for <br />this purpose. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman <br /> <br />if; i nQA r+ <br /> <br />and upon vote <br /> <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Cri chton, <br /> <br />Feyereisen, Wingert, Woodburn <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />2auY: <br />O~ 7J??4;'- <br /> <br /> <br />. <br />
