<br />,""'~ <br />1S~ <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RMI;SEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUT ION NO. 75-22 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills employs four exemplary <br />individuals, each directly responsible to the City Council <br />for the operation of one of the major departments of the <br />City Government, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, these individuals are considered by the City Council <br />to be Department Heads and are entitled respectively, The <br />Chief of Police, The Clerk Administrator, The Director of <br />Parks and Recreation, and The Superintendent of Public Works, <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, these Department Heads are reimbursed on a monthly <br />basis for pursuing the objectives of their respective depart- <br />ments by appropriate assignment of day to day endeavours to <br />their employees and by appropriate interaction with the City <br />Counc il, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, these Department Heads are empowered to make all <br />decisions concerning activities of their respective departments <br />not specifically reserved by law to the City Council, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE I~ RESOLVED, that the monthly reimbursement <br />determined by the City Council for each of these Department <br />Heads shall be the full and complete reimbursement for any and <br />all time spent by them for the benefit of the City of Arden <br />Hills, and <br /> <br />FURTHER, BE IT RESO~VED, that the City Council may, from time <br />to time, also reimburse them for appropriate out of pocket <br />expenses incurred in the furtherance of their responsibilities. <br /> <br />Passed by the' Counci I of the Ci ty of Arden Hi II s th i s 28th day <br />Apri I, 1975. ;1 <br /> <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br />.
