WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Consolidated Sanitary Sewer Improvement Nos. 12 and 13, as last finally amended and adopted on November 30, 1970, was filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on December 30, 1970, for the purpose of including installments thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes commencing in 1971, and ' . WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Water Improvement No. 72-1, as last finally amended and adopted on September 6, 1973, was filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on October 5, 1973, for the purpose of including install- ments thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes commencing in 1974, and WHEREAS, balances of said assessments are still due with respect to said Parcels 020-12 and 030-12, and WHEREAS, it is desirable that said assessments on said Parcels 020-12 and 030-12 be abated, annulled and canceled, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills that the entire assessments for Consolidated Sanitary Sewer Improvement Nos. 12 and 13 and Water Improvement No. 72-1 existing against said Parcels 020-12 and 030-12 be and they hereby are in all things abated, annulled and canceled. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that by virtue of the foregoing abatement of the existing balances of said assessments, there is no necessity for an apportionment of assessments as a result of the division of land effectuated by the aforesaid Contract for Deed, identified as Division No. 49577 in the records of the Department of Property Taxation of the County of Ramsey, Minnesota. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk-Administrator of the City of Arden Hills be and she hereby is authorized to cause a certified copy of this Resolution to be filed with the Depart- ment of Property Taxation of the County of Ramsey, Minnesota for the purpose of showing the foregoing abatements on its records. ~ Dated at Arden , 1975.
