<br />. <br /> <br />petitioned the Council for approval of the plat and the con- <br />struction of sanitary sewer. watermain and street construction <br />in connection with said plat and to assess the entire cost <br />against the property included in said plat as above described <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Council, without a public feasibility hearing. <br />based on said petition and pursuant to M. S. 429.031, Subd. 3. <br />did ascertain said facts and ordered the improvement and the <br />platting of said property in connection with said improvement and <br /> <br />WHEREAS said platting and the construction of said improve- <br />ment was with the petition and consent of all of the owners of <br />the property therein, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS pursuant to the petition and consent of all of said <br />owners, contracts have been let for Nursery Hill Plat Improve- <br />ment of 1974 by the City of Arden Hills in the area above de- <br />scribed and the contract price awarded for said improvement was <br />$36,700 and other expenses incurred or to be incurred in the <br />making of said improvement amount to $10.002, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS pursuant to M. S. 429.051 the city may reimburse <br />itself for all or any portion of the cost of certain improvements <br />previously made in connection with Consolidated Sanitary Sewer <br />Improvements Nos. 12 and 13 upon the properties described herein <br />put which had not previously been assessed for said Consolidated <br />Sanitary Sewer Improvements Nos. 12 and 13, and the cost of <br />$1,311,30 of said improvements is now to be included as a portion <br />of the cost of said ~Tursery Hill Plat Improvement of 1974 SO that <br />the total cost of said improvement will be $48,013,30 which is <br />to be assessed, and of this cost the city will pay $ - 0 - <br />as its share of th~ cost, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the city c01Jn<::i.l of the <br />City of Arden Hills, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed <br />is hereby declared to be $48,013.'0 which includes Sl,3ll.30 <br />as the cost of improvements previously made but not assessed. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The City Clerk Administrator, together with the assistance <br />of the City consulting engineer and fiscal consultant, shall <br />forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed <br />
