Crichton was duly appointed <br />Acting Treasurer "for the City of Arden Hi lis, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that checks of this corpora- <br />tion dra,m 0" the FirST "Iational Bank of St, Paul and The Rosev! I ie <br />State Bank, herainafter-:al 'ed the Bank, ant' order's for transfer <br />or withdrawal of the funds of this corporation on deposit in said <br />Bank, in \./hai-ever form, sha!
