<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />City Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County, <br /> <br />Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 1450 West Highway <br /> <br />96, Saint paul, Minnesota, on Monday the ---1Q.. day of March , <br /> <br />1975, at 8:00 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Crepeau, Crichton, <br />Feyereisen, Wingert, Woodburn <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />Crichton <br /> <br />introduced the following <br /> <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 75 - I 4 <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO <br />APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING <br />TO CONSOLIDATED SANITARY SEWER <br />IMPROVEMENTS NOS. 12 AND 13 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden <br /> <br />Hills, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Consolidated Sanitary <br /> <br />Sewer Improvements Nos. 12 and 13 as adopted on September 28, <br /> <br />1970, was filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey <br /> <br />. county, on October 28, 1970 for the purpose of including <br /> <br />installments thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes <br /> <br />commencing in 19711 and <br />
