<br />. <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of ~~eting <br />of the City Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County, <br /> <br />Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 1450 West Highway <br /> <br />96, St. paul, Minnesota, on Monday the 74 day of Februarv , <br /> <br />1975, at 8:00 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Feyereisen, Wingert, Woodburn <br /> <br />Crepeau, Crichton, <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />Crichton <br /> <br />introduced the following <br /> <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 75- II <br />RESOLUTION REIATING TO APPORTIONMENT <br />OF ASSESSMENTS REIATING TO <br />SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 1 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden <br /> <br />Hills, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement <br /> <br />No.1, as last finally amended and adopted on September 9, 1960, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />was filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County <br /> <br />on October 26, 1960, for the purpose of including installments <br /> <br />thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes commencing <br /> <br />in 1961; and <br />
