<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of the City Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County, <br /> <br />Minnesota, was duly held in the city Hall at 1450 West Highway 96, <br /> <br />St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the ~ day of Januarv <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />1975, at 8:00 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Wingert, Woodburn, Feyerelsen <br />and the following were absent: none <br /> <br />Crepeau, Crichton, <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />WI ngert <br /> <br />introduced the following <br /> <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLtlTION NO. 75-7 <br />APPORTIONMEN'l' OF ASSESSMEN'l'S RELATING <br />TO CONSOLIDM'ED WATER <br />IMPROVEMENTS NOS. 68-2 AND 68-3 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br /> <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Consplidated Water Improvements <br />. <br /> <br />~ Nos. 68-2 and 68-3 as adopted September 28, 1970, was filed and <br /> <br />certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County, on october 28, <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />1970, for the purpose of including installments thereof to be <br /> <br />collected along with real estate taxes commending on 1971; and <br />
