<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of the City Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was duly held in the City Hall at 1450 West Highway 96, St. Paul, <br /> <br />Minnesota, on Monday, the -Ll- day of January, 1975, at 8:00 o'clock <br /> <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Crepeau, Crichton, <br />, <br /> <br />Wingert, Woodburn, Feyerelsen <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />none <br /> <br />Counci Iman Wingert <br /> <br />introduced the following resolu- <br /> <br />tion and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO, 75-6 <br />RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION <br />NO. 74-41 AND APPORTIONING ASSESSMENTS <br />RELATING TO SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT <br />NO.2 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 74-41 was adopted on November 25, 1974, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after its adoption it was determined that Resolution <br />No. 74~41 could not be programmed through Ramsey County Data Pro- <br />cessing because of a prepayment1 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution No. 74-41 adopted <br />November 25, 1974, be and is hereby rescinded and declared null <br />and void. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED as follows: <br />
