<br />--- <br /> <br />~- <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />.1 <br /> <br />Extr~ct of Minutes of Meeting <br />of the Ci ty Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey COUnty, <br /> <br />Minnesota, was duly held in the Cit,-y Hall at 1450 West Highway 96, <br /> <br />St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the -L.:L day of January, 1975, at <br /> <br />8:00 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Crepeau, Crichton, <br />Wingert, Woodburn, Feyeralsen <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />none <br /> <br />CouncIlman Wingert <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO, 75-5 <br />RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION <br />NO. 74-40 AND APPORTIONING ASSESSMENTS <br />RELATING TO WATER IMPROVEMENT No. 68-1 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Arden Bills, <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 74-40 was adopted on November 25, 1974, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after its adoption it was determined that Resolution <br />No. 74-40 could not be programmed through Ramsey County Data Pro- <br />cessing because of a prepayment: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution No. 74-40 adopted <br />,November 25, 1974, M and is hereby rescinded and declared null <br />and void. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED as follows: <br />
