<br /> Commissioner McClung asked if the existing structure could be removed as a part of the
<br /> conditions of approval. Mr. Kotoski responded they would prefer it not being required to
<br /> be removed prior to the building permits being issued.
<br /> . Chair Sand asked when they would be starting construction. Mr. Kotoski responded they
<br /> wanted to start this fall so they had a model up by spring, 2006.
