A sign permit in addition to a building permit is required and will be issued for any <br /> placement or installation of a new sign, temporary or permanent, or for any maintenance <br /> activity that requires a sign permit, after application for such permit on a form provided <br /> by the City along with any plans, certifications or other attachments requested by the City, <br /> and the finding by City Officials the application is in conformance with the regulations of <br /> this section. <br /> Effective Date. This ordinance will take effect and be in force after its passage and official publication. <br /> Adoption Date.
