Proper street signs on the Hamline/Ben Franklin intersection. . <br />b. A "Dead End" sign just north of the Hamline/96 intersection. <br />c. An arrow sign on or near the south HariJ1ine gate, directing traffic onto Ben <br />Franklin. <br />d. A "Stop Ahead" sign south of the Hamline Gate <br />e. A stop sign on the south Hamline Gate. .
