<br /> - <br /> . <br /> of the city council, good and sufficient cause is shown by an <br /> applicant for the applicant's failure to submit a renewal application <br /> within the time provided, the city council may, if the other <br /> provisions of this section are complied with, grant the renewal <br /> application. <br /> 13. Sanctions for License Violations. The City Council may revoke a <br /> license or suspend a license for up to sixty (60) days for a violation <br /> of: <br /> a. a provision of this ordinance or therapeutic massage <br /> enterprise license <br /> b. a state law relating to prostitution; or <br /> . c. a federal, state, or local law relating to moral character. <br /> A revocation or suspension shall be preceded by written notice to the <br /> licensee and a public hearing. The notice shall give at least eight (8) <br /> days notice ofthe time and place of the public hearing and shall state <br /> the nature of the charges against the licensee. The notice shall be <br /> mailed to the licensee at the most recent address listed on the license <br /> application. The hearing of a contested case shall be in accordance <br /> with Minnesota Statutes, Section 14.57 to 14.60, but informal <br /> disposition of a contested case by stipulation, pursuant to Minnesota <br /> Statutes Section 14.59, may provide an adequate basis for imposition <br /> of sanctions. <br /> . <br /> I <br /> , <br /> 8 <br />
