The firm Ehlers & Associates, Inc. is appointed financial <br /> consultant. <br /> Section 8. Engineer. David Swearingen is appointed as the City Engineer. <br /> Section 9. Auditor. The firm LB Carlson (formerly known as Malloy, Montague, <br /> Kamowski, Radosevich and Company(MMKR)) is appointed City Auditor. <br /> Section 10. Insurance Consultant. North Risk Partners is appointed insurance consultant <br /> with Steve Chismar as principal consultant. <br /> Section 11. Emergency Management Director. Lake Johanna Fire Department is appointed <br /> Emergency Management Director. <br /> Section 12. Police. Ramsey County Sheriff's Office is appointed as the City police and law <br /> enforcement agency. <br /> Section 13. Fire. The fee schedule for the year 2026 was adopted as Ordinance <br /> number 2025-005. <br /> Section 15. Animal Control. Ramsey County is appointed as the City animal control officer. <br /> Section 16. Elections. Ramsey County is appointed to administer Elections. <br /> Section 17. Electronic Funds Transfers. The Finance Director shall be delegated authority <br /> to make electronic funds transfers.
