ARDEN HILLS PLANNING COMMISSION – September 3, 2025 15 <br /> <br />Commissioner Bjorklund asked what the Council’s recommendations would be when it comes <br />to affordable housing. <br /> <br />City Administrator Jagoe reported the Council would be discussing an affordable housing <br />policy at the September 22 worksession meeting. She noted ADU’s would be discussed by the <br />Council in October. <br /> <br />ADJOURN <br /> <br />Chair Collins moved, seconded by Commissioner Bjorklund, to adjourn the September 3, <br />2025, Planning Commission Meeting at 9:58 p.m. The motion carried unanimously (7-0). <br />
