<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />~ <br />~HILLS <br /> <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 06-27 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION <br />APPROVING THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR THE CSAH 96 LANDSCAPE AND IRRIGA nON <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The City of Arden Hills authorized the preparation of detailed plans and <br />specifications addressing the necessary requirements of the CSAH 96 Landscape and Irrigation <br />Improvement Project. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN <br />HILLS, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />I. Such improvement is hereby ordered. <br />2, Plans and specifications prepared by URS for such improvement pursuant to Council <br />resolution are bereby approved and shall be filed with the City Clerk. <br />3. The City Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official paper an <br />advertisement for bids upon the making of such improvement under such approved plans <br />and specifications. The advertisement shall be pnblisbed for 3 weeks, shall specify the <br />work to be done, shall state the date and time that the bids will be received by the City <br />Clerk and City Engineer at which time they will be publicly opened in the City Hall and <br />subsequently be considered by the Council, and that no bids will be considered unless <br />sealed and filed with the Clerk and accompanied by cash deposit, cashier's check, bid <br />bond, or certified check payable to the Clerk for 10 percent (10%) of the amount of each <br />bid. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council this 13th day of March, 2006. <br /> <br />ef~w~~' <br /> <br />ATTEST: ..~ <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Michelle A, Wolfe, CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br />
