RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 06-28 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION RENEWING THE JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT WITH <br />THE RAMSEY COUNTY GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION SYSTEMS USERS <br />GROUP <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of Arden Hills has entered into a Joint Powers Agreement <br />(JP A) with the Ramsey County Geographic Information Systems Users Group; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City will continue the membership through December 31, 2008; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills wishes to continue funding this program through <br />the life of the Joint Powers Agreement. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden <br />Hills, Minnesota: <br /> <br />That the City shall renew the Ramsey County Geographic Information Systems <br />Users Group to be in effect from January 1,2006, to December 31, 2008, <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN <br />HILLS THIS 10th DAY OF APRIL, 2006. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~~. <br />BEVERL I\.P~ OWSKI, MAYOR <br /> <br />~1 1>U~ <br />MICHELLE WOLFE, CITY ADM ISTRATOR <br />
