<br />e <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />-. <br /> <br />~ <br />~~HlLLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 06-30 <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE CONSOLIDATION OF THE CAPITAL <br />FUNDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has multiple funds within the Capital Projects Fund consisting <br />of the following: <br /> <br />. Municipal Land & Building Pund <br />· Non-Assessable Road Improvement Fund <br />. Capital Equipment/Improvements Fund <br />. Public Safety Capital Equipment Fund <br />. Permanent Improvement Revolving (PIR) Fund <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it be desired that the City consolidate Municipal Land & Building <br />Fund, Non-Assessable Road Improvement Fund, Capital Equipment/Improvements Fund <br />with Permanent Improvement Revolving (PIR) Fund; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Arden Hills hereby <br />acknowledges the consolidation of the Municipal Land & Building Fund, Non-Assessable <br />Road Improvement Fund, and Capital Equipment/Improvements Fund with Permanent <br />Improvement Revolving (PIR) Fund; and transfer any remaining fund balances accordingly. <br /> <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />THIS 24th DAY OF APRIL, 2006. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~~m~ <br /> <br />Michelle A.
