In Planning Case 1105-20, staffrccommends that the request for a 5-foot side yard setback <br /> accessory setback variance be approved to allow for the construction of a new garage in <br /> approximately the same location as the existing garage after making the findings that the <br /> variance meets the hardship criteria and would not have an adverse impact on surrounding <br /> properties or the City as a whole. <br /> Options <br /> L Recommend approval as submitted, <br /> 2. Recommend approval with conditions. <br /> 3. Recommend denial with reasons for denial. If the City denies the petitioncrs request, <br /> "...it must state in writing the reasons for the denial at the time it denics the request" <br /> 4.
