The existing homc was recently damaged by a <br /> tire and is not habitable. The home will be demolished and a new home will be constructed in its <br /> place, utilizing the same footprint. This proposal requires a variance to reduce the required 40- <br /> toot structure setback from the Lake Valentine Road and Glenview Avenue street rights-of-way <br /> to 25.81 feet and 33.42 feet respectively. Please see the attached plans. <br /> You are cncouraged to till out the bottom portion of this form and return it if you have any <br /> comments or concerns. Comments received by December 27, 2005 will be distributed to the <br /> Planning Commission with the Planning Commission agenda packet.
