Case 05-19: Brvson Woods, 1978 Thorn Drive - Final Plat . <br /> Mr. Johnson stated Richard Kotoski and Kim Bryson d/b/a Bryson Woods have <br /> submitted the Final Plat for the subdivision of the property at 1978 Thorn Drive. The <br /> property, originally platted as Lot #20 under the Rholdeder's Home and Garden Acres <br /> Plat of ] 938, into three single-family lots. All of the property lots comply with the <br /> minimum lot areas for the R-2: Single and Two Family Residential Zoning District. <br /> Mr. Johnson reviewed the Final Plat and recommended after making a finding <br /> that the proposed plat is consistent with previous approvalsJor Plat and is <br /> subjcct to the following conditions: <br /> A. Recording at Ramsey County. The developer shall <br /> Ramsey County Recorder and provide the City with a <br /> B. Compliance with City Code. The developer shaltcomply with the applicable <br /> provisions of the City Code and related ordinances. <br /> C. Park Dedication. Mr. <br /> Richard Kotoski, applicant, responded the south boundary was considered the back of the <br /> lot and the house shown would fit within thc sctbacks and no variances would be <br /> requested. <br /> Commissioner McClung asked if the existing structure could be removed as a part ofthe <br /> conditions of approval. Mr. Kotoski responded they would prefer it not being rcquired to <br /> be removed prior to the building pem1its being issued. <br /> Chair Sand asked whcn they would be starting construction.
