(Pcrmits 01- <br /> l2a and 01-12b have cxpired and do not apply.) <br /> 2. The applicant shall be required to obtain all necessary building permits before <br /> construction begins. . <br /> 3. The appropriatc building pcrmits for the air handlcrs shall be obtained within onc year <br /> and construction shall be completed within two years or this pennit shall cxpire. The <br /> Council may extend the cxpiration date of this approval upon written application of the <br /> applicant. <br /> 4. The fencing shall be installed as proposed immediately after installation of the air <br /> handling units. <br /> 5. Thc applicant shall be required to submit a noise mitigation plan in the future if the City <br /> receives complaints regarding noise generated by the unit and said complaints are <br /> validated by City Staff. <br /> 7. Should the off-site parking that Celestica's employccs are currently using become <br /> unavailable Of inadequate, Celestica shall rcapply lor a special use pefmit amendment to <br /> expand parking similar in nature to Planning Case 01-12a and Ol-12b. These <br /> applications shall require City review under the standard review process for a special usc <br /> pelmit amendment. <br /> 8. The air handling units shall be installed in accordance with the plans submitted.
