(Odd Fellows) property at 1174 Edgewater Ave Nand <br /> consolidate those three platted lots into a singlc 14,973 square foot parcel. <br /> . Backl!round <br /> l. Overview of Request: <br /> Thc applicants own a 1.54 acrc propcrty at 1174 Edgewaler Ave N. On March 8, 2005, the <br /> City Council approved an amcndmenl (Case 05-03) to the Lodge's original Special Use <br /> Permit #70-36. The amendment allowcd the Lodge to reduce the size oftheir parking lot <br /> with the intent of selling three lots on the eastern edge of the property. The amendment was <br /> approved with scven conditions. Condition three is the reason for this minor subdivision <br /> application: <br /> 3.
