The proposed addition would <br /> accommodate thc expansion of an existing master bedroom and bathroom for handicap <br /> accessibility. Acccssihility to the home would also be improved through the eonsUuction of an <br /> inclined ramp at the front t:ntryway. The proposal requires a variance to reduce thc required 40- <br /> foot structure setback from a strcet right-of-way to 28 fcct.
