The accessory structure shall match the architecture and color scheme of the principal <br /> structure, <br /> 4. The accessory stmcture shall not exceed the height of the principal structure, <br /> 5. Total accessory structure square footage on the lot shall not exceed 1,456 square feet. <br /> . <br />Public Notice <br />A notice was sent to all residents within 350 fcet of the subject property. The notice was printed <br />in the Shoreview-Arden Hills Bulletin. <br />Resident Comment <br />Staff has not received any public comments rcgarding this application. <br />Options <br />1. Recommend approval of the variance as submitted. <br />2. Recommend approval of the varial1ce as submitted with conditions. <br />3. Recommend denial with reasons for denial.
